HRJ Foreman Laws Solicitors is pleased to announce the appointment of Norman Hunter-Goulder as a Senior Associate Solicitor and Head of the firm’s commercial and civil litigation team. Norman brings over two decades of senior-level legal expertise, significantly strengthening the firm’s dispute resolution services for clients across Hertfordshire and beyond.
Norman joins HRJ Foreman Laws after a career that began in Hitchin post qualification after completing his training in the City and West End of London. His broad experience includes property disputes (such as boundary issues and commercial lease matters), contentious probate, and shareholder disputes. In addition, he is well-regarded as a consumer legal specialist, with almost 20 years of experience serving one of the largest retail motor groups in the UK. Norman also specialises in employee disciplinary and grievance proceedings, TUPE due diligence, contentious employment matters including tribunal proceedings and negotiation of settlement agreements.
Norman’s proven track record includes notable successes at the High Court and Court of Appeal, including a significant case concerning the dissolution of a farming partnership and a dispute involving property valued at £3.25 million.
