Examples of recent matters that Tracey has managed
Tracey recently acted for a client whose spouse sadly passed away and completed the probate process on his behalf, he then wished for his Lasting Powers of Attorney’s both Property and Financial and Health and Welfare to be completed and registered and also wished to update his own Will. Soon after this the client sadly passed away too and Tracey ensured his wishes were carried out, which included arranging the funeral, memorial service, selling the property, cashing in the estate and distributing the finances in accordance with his wishes among friends, family and his chosen charity.
