Legal experience:

Saqib studied Law (LLB Hons) at the University of Hertfordshire and graduated in 2016 before undertaking the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University.

Saqib then began his training contract at a London firm and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2020. Since qualification, Saqib has worked at various law firms in Hertfordshire before joining HRJ Foreman Laws as a Associate Solicitor in January 2024.

Clients have often commented on Saqib’s personable and pragmatic approach in dealing with their legal matters.

• Acted in First-Tier Tribunal matter regarding an application for Adverse Possession.
• Litigated a construction dispute matter to trial and obtained Judgment in the sum of £189,000 plus Costs.
• Advised on various boundary disputes and participated in mediation negating the need for litigation.
