Legal experience:

Roger has been practising family law since 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. He is a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Law Accreditation Scheme, which recognises him as a specialist in Family Law. This means that he has demonstrated the required level of competence and knowledge in this area, as defined by the Law Society. He is also a member of Resolution, an organisation of over 6,500 family lawyers and other professionals in England and Wales, who believe in a constructive and non-confrontational approach to family law matters.

Roger’s particular expertise is in the areas of divorce, financial settlements, and children matters. He has also acted for clients regarding separation, cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial agreements and domestic violence. He regularly represents clients in divorce proceedings with high net worth assets and has acted across a wide range of asset sizes. He can advise on the best settlement whatever the details of the case may be. He also often attends the local Family Courts to negotiate and resolve children and financial matters.

Client feedback regularly commends Roger for his thoroughness, prompt response to correspondence and regular updates. Many clients also appreciate Roger’s ability to conduct his own advocacy to provide continuity for their case.

Roger enjoys playing football and badminton. He also regularly participates in 10k runs and has completed the Oxford 10k and the Brighton 10k. He also plays the guitar recreationally.
