Legal experience

Rachel joined the firm as a paralegal in November 2019, having graduated from the University of Birmingham, and went on to qualify as a solicitor in September 2023. She works closely with Andrew Dongworth in the Company & Commercial department and can help clients across England and Wales, whether they are from businesses that are just starting up to experienced business owners looking for an exit.

Rachel has experience advising clients with a broad range of needs from buying or selling a business, creating or updating their commercial contracts and ensuring that they are legally protected whilst achieving a smooth transaction. When she is not working Rachel enjoys playing cricket and running.  She also has a keen interest in wildlife and conservation and enjoys travelling around the world.
