Legal experience

Lily joined HRJ Foreman Laws in 2021 and is a paralegal in the private client team. She is currently studying with CILEX to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. Lily assists Executors with the administration of estates. This ranges from meeting with the Executors, discussing provisions of the Will, preparing the Legal Statement, going through the HMRC inheritance tax account, dealing with the sale or transfer of shares or investments, preparing estate accounts, and regular contact with the clients throughout.

The sensitive nature of probate work is an emotional and challenging time for clients as they deal with a loss of their loved ones. Lily prides herself in being able to take the legal work involved in a bereavement away from the Executors to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for her clients.

Lily enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as her puppy which she rescued from Cyprus.  She also spends time studying for her CILEX qualification.
