11 Feb Fundraising Quiz Night Raises £4000
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our quiz night at the Letchworth Golf Club to fundraise for the Garden House Hospice.
We were delighted to welcome 112 attendees whose generosity saw us raise £4,000.
Community fundraising is essential to enable the Garden House Hospice to continue to carry out the work its dedicated team offer to our community. This includes specialist palliative care for patients, families and carers facing life-limiting illnesses. They also offer physical, emotional and spiritual care. It is available for people living in North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and surrounding towns and villages in Central Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire and it support hundreds of people every year.
The event was organised by two of our talented team Emma White and Orlagh Willis. Their meticulous planning and attention to detail ensured the night ran smoothly and was a great success.
Special thanks to all the local businesses who generously donated raffle prizes, their support is truly appreciated and made a huge difference to the fundraising for the Garden House Hospice.
