06 Jan Lister Hospital Christmas Grotto 2025
Our HRJ Foreman Laws Elves visited the Lister Hospital Christmas Grotto to deliver toys donated by our employees for the children who will be in hospital over the festive period.
The fantastic Health Play Specialists at the hospital now have the job of deciding which gifts will help to put a smile on the faces of each child.
The gifts collected over the Christmas period will be given to young people across the four hospitals under the East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals’ Charity which are, the Lister in Stevenage, New QEII in Welwyn Garden City, Hertford County Hospital in Hertford and Mount Vernon Cancer Centre (MVCC) in Northwood, North London.
The Trust funds extra equipment, facilities, research and staff development which complement services provided by the NHS. In 2024/25 it raised £1.5 million to fund projects to help the East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust reach its objective of being one of the country’s best healthcare providers.
