Congratulations to Andrew Dongworth and Chris Hook for their recent promotion to partner at our firm. They join our existing experienced leadership team and will contribute to the future growth and success of HRJ Foreman Laws Solicitors in Hitchin and Welwyn Garden City.
Based in Welwyn Garden City, Andrew is head of the company and commercial legal team. He advises businesses of all sizes on a wide range of commercial matters, such as company sales and purchases, management buyouts, shareholders agreements and commercial contracts.
He is also experienced in commercial property law including commercial leases, lease renewals and commercial property sales and purchases.
Based in Hitchin, Chris is the head of litigation and insolvency & restructuring and equine law. He works with office-holders, creditors, companies and directors on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring matters both contentious and non-contentious. For example, administrations, company voluntary arrangements, individual voluntary arrangements, compulsory liquidations, creditors’ voluntary liquidations, members’ voluntary liquidations, director’s disqualification proceedings, fraudulent trading, unlawful dividends, preference and undervalue claims and winding up petitions.
In addition, Chris is a leading equine law solicitor. His knowledge comes from his legal experience combined with his personal involvement in the equine industry.
