12 Sep The annual HRJ Foreman Laws Solicitors Academy Cup for the Letchworth Golf Club Juniors
Congratulations to all the juniors who took part in the HRJ Foreman Laws Solicitors Academy Cup at the Letchworth Golf Club on 7 September 2024.
The competition is an annual highlight in our calendar, and we’re delighted to be a lead sponsor for the Letchworth Junior section for over 10 years.
This year there was over 40 juniors competing on the Academy course and putting green.
Mark Clark, organiser of the event at the club said, “It was a great success again this year. Despite the weather everyone managed to stayed fairly dry and there were some fantastic scores.”
The winning team captained by Harry Hall included Freddie Mitchell, Ralph Mitchell and Griff. Over 20 prizes were awarded.
The Letchworth Garden City Juniors is open to girls and boys aged between 7 and 18. It currently has over 80 members. The club’s training facilities including the 6 hole Academy par 3 course, covered driving bays, and grass practices tees, chipping and putting greens and an indoor putting studio.
