17 Dec Festive fundraising at HRJ Foreman Laws Solicitors
It’s been a busy December for the team at HRJ Foreman Laws Solicitors.
We’ve also enjoyed being taking part in some important local fundraising activities.
Lister Hospital Christmas Grotto
Thanks to the generous donations of our employees, some of the team headed down to the Lister Hospital Christmas Grotto to deliver some toys for the kids who will be in hospital over the festive period. As soon as they arrived, the elves (nurses) were already planning which children will love the toys provided. This makes it even more special, as each gift will be carefully considered by the amazing staff at the hospital who know each patient so well.
The activity is just one of many organised by the East and North Hertfordshire Hospitals’ Charity. In 2023/24 they raised £1.36 million which enabled them to fund projects to help the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust reach its objective of being one of the country’s best healthcare providers.
Christmas jumpers for Garden House Hospice
Who needs an excuse to glam up in a festive knit? Not us, but we did take the opportunity to support the Garden House Hospice with donations for every jumper worn on the day. We’ll continue to support the essential work the hospice do, throughout the year, with other fundraising activities.
