Congratulations to Rachel Clark, who has been admitted as a newly qualified solicitor.
After graduating, Rachel joined our firm as a paralegal in November 2019. During that time she has been working closely with Andrew Dongworth in the Company & Commercial department in Welwyn Garden City, on all aspects of company and commercial law and commercial property matters.
She will continue to work alongside Andrew in the company and commercial department. You can contact Rachel if you need legal advice on matters such as share sales/purchases, asset sales/purchases, shareholders’ agreements, company formation, commercial contracts, management buyouts and terms & conditions.
