Legal experience:

Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1991. He joined Foreman Laws in 1996 and became a partner in the firm in 1998. Simon is also Head of the Conveyancing Department and Managing Director of the firm.

Simon has specialised in residential and commercial conveyancing throughout his career. He has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of property law and has dealt with a full range of property transactions.   • Simon has overseen the development of a mixed-use site in Ware, Hertfordshire. The total value of the property was approximately 20 million. It consisted of 10 commercial units and 35 residential apartments.
  • He has also overseen a wide range of high value purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.

When he is not working, Simon enjoys playing golf and watching his sons playing football. One is playing at professional level and the other at a semi-professional level. He is also kept busy with his four pet dogs.
